QRTech

Make it easy to tell you what they think.

A thoughtful question at the right moment is more useful than a wall of fields. Collect private feedback on a page, or help visitors reach your public Google review destination.

Ask for the information you will actually use.

Premium forms support text, longer answers, email, select choices, checkboxes and ratings. A form can stand alone or sit inside a custom page after the information a visitor has just used.

Choose a few relevant questions and explain what you want to learn. An enquiry form can record interest, but a submission is not a confirmed booking, ticket purchase or automatically managed customer relationship.

A public review is a different destination.

Google review pages help visitors follow a supplied review or place link. A genuine review link and an ordinary place listing can behave differently; a place listing does not necessarily open the review composer directly.

Use the business’s correct destination and check it on a phone. Keep the invitation neutral and open to honest feedback. QRTech does not create, verify or guarantee reviews.

A click is not a completed response.

Form responses and page-link clicks are different measurements. Inspect submitted responses in the platform’s response tools and use exports when you need to review them elsewhere. A click toward an external review service does not tell QRTech whether a review was posted there.

Ask only for information needed for the stated purpose, and avoid putting private form responses on a public page. Forms are part of your information collection process, so explain that process clearly to the visitor.

Put the invitation where it makes sense.

A small feedback sign can sit by the exit, while a restaurant page can offer a form after the menu and practical information. Give people a reason to respond and keep the page easy to leave.

  1. Choose a private form or a public review destination.
  2. Write a short, neutral invitation and only the fields you need.
  3. Test the form or destination with a real preview journey.
  4. Share its link or make a connected sign in Poster Studio.

Questions, answered.

Do Google review pages require Premium?

Can I use a form for registration interest?

Yes, for collecting the supported fields and reviewing responses. It is not a ticketing, payment or complete event-management system.
