A practical example
A fictional neighborhood bakery could put “Tell us how your visit went” on a receipt card. The page would identify the bakery and offer the correct review destination without suggesting what rating to leave.
Make the scan useful
Paste a direct Google review link or your business’s Google Maps sharing link. Check whether the action opens a review form or a listing where visitors must choose Write a review.
- Add the correct place or direct review link.
- Save the focused page and test its Google action.
- Print a neutral invitation and a readable business name.
What to check before sharing
Google controls sign-in, the review interface and publication. A scan or action tap does not mean a review was submitted. Avoid asking for a particular rating.
Does the button always open a review form?
A direct review link can do that. A place-listing link opens the listing; the visitor then chooses Write a review on Google.
Can QRTech post a review for someone?
No. The visitor writes and submits their own review through Google, subject to Google’s requirements.
